If you’re madly in love with Twitter, like me, then here are a few cool tools you need to know about.

Twirl – If you don’t want to have the Twitter website open all the time, get one of the fancy IM clients, like Twirl. Then you just have this neat Twitter widget running on the background, opening or checking it at your leisure

TweetBurner – Want to track links you submit, and see if anyone is actually clicking on them? Try TweetBurner. This Twitter app awesomely integrates with Twirl above, too

Summize – Wondering what people are talking about? Interested to see who is covering your niche? Try Summize. This is a Twitter search site. The advanced search tab on the homepage allows for some serious digging.

Quotably – shabby interface, doesn’t look web 2.0 at all, but it is useful. If you want to see a more choreographed conversation graph, then the default one on the homepage of Twitter, this is a good bet. Try it.

There are loads more Twitter tools and apps, these are just 4 that i use daily and highly recommend. Try them.

Which are ytour fave Twitter apps?
