Article Writer Guidelines

Occasionally i need article writers to help me with various new blog projects and or to help with my roster of web properties.

Below i outline some basic guidelines, i’m quite flexible but before you go any further, please know the most important guideline is ORIGINALITY. I want and need writers who can write original pieces. (This is a must)

ARTICLE WRITING GUIDELINES

The articles i need are for blogs i create for myself or for clients. The topics vary but generally speaking, fall under the following categories:

  • Celebrities – iPhone – T-shirts – City of Chicago
  • Ebooks – Vegetarianism – Technology – Blogging
  • Online Marketing – Social Media – WordPress

ARTICLE WRITER GUIDELINES (technical stuff)

  • I usually provide title and topic, you just fill in the article
  • I LOVE LISTS – (so Top 10, Top 6, etc always good)
  • Please use a basic font, nothing fancy
  • Keep your paragraphs to no more than 3 sentences
  • Keep your sentences short and simple
  • Stick to word count
  • Submit as requested (meaning if email, then please send your article via the body of your email, not as an attachment)
  • Source URL needed (if a product based article)

I pay .02 per word and via Paypal. I am ideally looking for US based article writers and blog copywriters, but am open to anyone who can deliver.

Oh and one last thing, i need to see samples of your work. Be sure to send me the URL to your blog or article samples. That’s it!

If we match, i’ll start you right away on a small project of 2 articles.
