Missy started blogging back in March 2007 and her first effort was a vegetarian blog. She grew to love blogging and learned the ins and out of it via blogs like ProBlogger. In May 2007 Missy set out her blogger for hire shingle and was hired by green blog Keetsa, it is through this relationship that she further honed her craft.

In July 2007 Missy, an ardent animal lover, created Groovy Vegetarian and a series of other blogs. Many are still part of her collection while others were sold off. She still writes for Keetsa and has become a big WordPress evangelist.

Missy feels everyone should have a blog and everyone should use WordPress to create it.
