Trump is a developer so no doubt he stands to make a profit on the property, that is what he does. I'm glad he stepped in, as he didn't have to. Of course, Trump will profit when he eventually sells the property, and he benefits immediately from the positive publicity, but it's still a great thing for him to do. It's a win for everyone.
